<p>I would approach Alex by being patient and gentle with him, I would allow him to express his feelings and also take breaks when he is feeling overwhelmed. Another approach I would use is to praise him for his bravery and his cooperation. I would build trust with alex by maintaining a calm and friendly attitude, and&hellip;</p>
