    Communication With Alex

    1- I would say ” hi Alex what are you doing today?, how are you feeling? My Name is Sandra A medical Assistant, tell me a little about yourself.”

    2- My tone and language would be friendly, happy. nice. and my tone would be excited, pumped up and ready to bring out my childlike voice to help Alex feel more relaxed with me.
