Health Care Integrated Services School Based Health, a 501©3 organization established in 2003, provides health and life skills services in low-income and medically underserved areas, providing opportunities, forging positive results is at the core of HCIS-SBH students’ success.

Health Care integrated Services School Based Health’s mission is to enrich the lives and spirits of those children, adolescents, adult and families who are entrusted to us with comprehensive treatment and health care services.

Health Care integrated School Based Health’s aim is to provide integrated health services to students on school campuses assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day to day self care activities.

“The Anomaly:” student-centric focus centers students as “our new medical future,”  helping them to cultivate healthy lives, healthy minds, and building career pathways.

Health Care Services Integrated Services School Based Health is committed to providing high quality multidisciplinary treatment and life skill services.  We recognize the need for comprehensive assessments of the students, families, and school districts we serve.
