    1. Communication with Alex:

    How would you approach Alex to establish trust and comfort during his visit?

    I would first introduce myself to Alex. I’d use simple and reassuring language to make him feel comfortable. Explain to him what I’m going to do and use it on him and guide him through what I’m doing, keep my tone calm to make him feel as comfortable as possible.
