    1.Challenges I might face are difficulties like misfiled records, slow retrieval times, or issues with data entry. A solution for overcoming these, use a well-organized filing system, double-check entries, and ensure you have clear procedures for retrieving records quickly.

    2. Receptionists greet patients, handle check-ins, and update records. Ensures that the patient’s information is accurate and entered promptly. While Medical Records Specialists Manage and organize patient records, ensure they are filed correctly, and retrieve them when needed.
