Website Privacy

Healthcare Integrated Services (HCIS©), doing business as Healthcare Integrated Services (HCIS©) (“HCIS,” “we” or “us”) values your privacy and the privacy of other visitors and users of HCIS’s website at www.HealthcareIntegratedServices.org or successor URL(s) (collectively, the “HCIS Site”). This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you (a “User”), how we use that information and, in some instances, how we share that information. By using the HCIS Site, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Applicants & Volunteers

If you apply to be a volunteer, you may provide us with what is generally called “personally identifiable” information, including contact information (such as your name, email address, physical address, and phone number) (“Contact Information”) and employment related information (such as your resume, employment history, online portfolio, and your skills).

If you are accepted as a HCIS volunteer and participate in any HCIS pro bono project (otherwise known as a “Service Grant”), information related to your participation will be collected by HCIS (such as the Service Grants you’ve worked on and your capacity therein). As an active volunteer, you may also opt to submit additional information to us, such by posting content within our online community (“Posted Content”) or by adding information to your account (including your public LinkedIn profile or your photo).

Client Contacts

If you wish to have your nonprofit organization considered for a Service Grant, you may, as the contact for your organization (“Client Contact”), provide us with Contact Information.
