Identify key administrative tasks that need to be streamlined, such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes. Develop a plan to optimize these operations, incorporating the use of technology where applicable.

    Gathering and entering patient information, verifying insurance, and ensuring data accuracy.
